Chinese Communication Conference is
the only national, integrated and successional academic conference
in the Communication academe of the universities. The First Chinese
Communication Conference was held in December, 2001; Since the
Second Chinese Communication Conference, in order to conform to
the international convention, the Committee initiated two acts:
launching the system of anonymous evaluation for the papers; establishing
the section of graduate students.
The First Chinese Communication Conference was held by Research
Center for Information and Communication (RCIC) and the School
of Journalism in Fudan University together in December, 2001.
Over 20 scholars from Chinese People University, Qinghua University,
the Chinese University of Hang Kang, City University of Hang Kong,
Zhejiang University, Jinan University and so on were present in
the conference, discussing about the Communication education,
the research scope of the Communication, and planning the organization
of the 2nd one.
The Second Chinese Communication Conference was also held by RCIC
and the School of Journalism in Fudan University together in December,
2001. The Conference theme is The Mass Media Education and Media
Research in the Information Course? More than 100 delegates and
guests from over 30 Journalism and Communication Department and
Mass Medias in China attended the conference and presented over
50 papers.
