Double Masters Degree Programme in Global Media and Communications
Between the London School of Economics
and Political Science (LSE) and Fudan University

This is a joint program between the School of Journalism, Fudan University in China and the Department of Media & Communications, the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK, in the field of global media and communications, for those with career interests in a globalizing world.

In the two-year program, students will spend their first year at London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, and the second year at the School of Journalism, Fudan University in Shanghai. It provides great opportunities for students to enjoy the academic expertise of two world-renowned universities while experiencing two cosmopolitan cities.

In response to the demand for media leaders and professionals with international perspective and understanding of regional culture and economy, this exciting new program has been co-designed by two of the world’s most famous universities, to provide a broadly based education and professional skill training in the field of global media and communications, especially for those who hold media career interests in Asia.

qualifications	1. Overseas students: with college diploma or equivalent in a related area from a recognized educational institution 2. Registered Fudan MA students in related fields.
Length of Study	2 years full time ( 1st year in LSE, London, 2nd year in Fudan, Shanghai)
Teaching Staff	Experienced academics and leaders in the field.
Tutoring language	1. English taught credit courses 2. Intensive Chinese language training course provided.
English Requirement	For students whose native language is non-English: IELTS, 7 at minimum. TOEFL, 627 at minimum/ Computer Test:263 at minimum. for details pls. check on lse website.
Awards	Students will be awarded Master of LSE (MS) and the Master of Fudan (MA) upon graduation of the 2 year-programme.
Enrolment Target	Around 20
Fee and Tuition	Tuition in Fudan: 80000RMB, plus 800RMB application fee. Living expense for one year in Fudan: approximately 56000 RMB
